Consideration of the environment and promoting a wholesome sustainability agenda are crucial to our business activities and the overall management of the group.

It is the aim of the business to promote good sustainability practice, reduce environmental impact and to help and encourage our customers to do the same.

The principles of our sustainability policy are based upon:

• Compliance with, and exceedance where practicable, relevant codes of practice, conduct, legislation and regulatory law

• Review and annually report on sustainability performance across the business.

• Ensuring all interested parties are fully aware of the business sustainability policy and how it applies to them.

• Integration of sustainable practices and consideration into business decision making.

• Encouragement across all sectors within the business that leadership teams be mindful of sustainability practices when making business decisions.

• Researching the latest technologies available to utilise greener energy options available across the business base.

• Reducing fossil fuel use through ongoing review of the use of EVs where practicable.

• As far as practicable, arrange for the re-use/recycling of office waste including paper, copier cartridges, redundant electrical equipment and computer supplies. 

• Compliance with the business integrated waste management plan, which promotes environmental best practice and sustainability goals.
