About the Role :

We are forward thinking poultry company focused on innovation, biosecurity and sustainable hatchery management. We are looking for Hatchery Supervisor to lead daily Hatchery operations, ensuring top standards of quality, efficiency and animal welfare.

What you will do :

· Oversee daily hatchery operations – from incubation to chick delivery

· Maintain compliance with biosecurity and regulatory standards

· Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams on breeding and genetics optimization

· Lead, train and motivate hatchery staff

What we looking for :

· 2+ years of experience in hatchery or poultry production management

· Strong understanding of biosecurity practices and hatchery operations

· Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills

· Proficiency in hatchery management and data analysis tools

Nice to have:

· Experience with automation and technology integration in hatcheries
